★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti belli, durevoli e di qualità. Personale cordiale. Posizione centralissima. Io addirittura ci acquistai l'abito di matrimonio (15 anni fa). Ci vado poche volte ma me ne esco sempre soddisfatto.
 Products beautiful, durable and quality. Friendly staff. Very central location. I even bought us the wedding dress (15 years ago). I go there a few times but I always go out satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente non soddisfatto. La scarpa é arrivata diffettosa e mancava un laccio. Dopo 3 settimane di disussioni tramite mail, il customer service mi voleva dare un buona da 10% da usare entro 2-3 settimane. Alla fine il customer service ha dato a me la colpa, dicendomi che la mia mailbox non riceve e-mail. Mai piu!
Absolutely not satisfied. The shoe arrived wary and there was no lace. After 3 weeks of email disputes, the customer service wanted to give me a good 10% to use within 2-3 weeks. Eventually the customer service blamed me, telling me that my mailbox does not receive e-mail. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente questo negozio, dove l'attenzione per il cliente è più che apprezzabile.Avevo dei dubbi sulla taglia e sono stata in contatto whatsapp con la responsabile del reparto,che con tanta premura mi ha inviato le misure esatte. Per un articolo ho dovuto effettuare il reso ed in 2 giorni esatti sono stata rimborsata .Appena ho effettuato il pagamento, ho ricevuto una email di conferma.Quando è partito il pacco, anche una mail sulla spedizione, che comprendeva il link per tracciare il pacco.
L’articolo è arrivato dopo circa 48 ore dal pagamento, perfettamente imballato. Ormai è molto difficile trovare negozi dove: qualità, professionalità e cordialità vanno a braccetto.Che dire... se siete arrivati fin qui a leggere, certamente troverete del tempo per andare a curiosare il sito web di questo bellissimo e fornitissimo negozio e vi assicuro che acquisterete con grande piacere. Un saluto particolare a Davide e Cristiana per l'immensa gentilezza e premura .

I highly recommend this shop, where the attention to the customer is more than appreciable.I had doubts about the size and I was in contact whatsapp with the manager of the department, who with great care sent me the exact measurements. For an item I had to return it and in exactly 2 days I was reimbursed. As soon as I made the payment, I received a confirmation email. When the package left, also an email about the shipment, which included the link to track the package .
The item arrived approximately 48 hours after payment, perfectly packaged. It is now very difficult to find shops where: quality, professionalism and friendliness go hand in hand. What can I say ... if you have come this far to read, you will certainly find time to go and browse the website of this beautiful and well-stocked shop and I assure you that you will buy with great pleasure. A special greeting to Davide and Cristiana for their immense kindness and concern.
