Bad in everything. After-sales assistance is non-existent. Rude offensive and disrespectful towards the customer. They pride themselves on the fact that word of mouth is the best advertising, so I tell you to absolutely avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top di cucina montato in maniera orribile con tanto di mattonelle rotte e rimesse storte, mastice messo malissimo miscelatore lente con giustificazione "più di così non posso stringerlo", (mio zio in 5 minuti lo ha strinto e anche tanto). Conclusione... Richiamo e il sig Mario dice che non ci può fare nulla e il sig Secondo non risponde al telefono. Poco seri e non competenti.
Kitchen top mounted in a horrible way with lots of broken tiles and crooked remittances, putty badly placed mixer lens with justification "more than this I can not tighten it", (my uncle in 5 minutes has squeezed it and also a lot). Conclusion ... I call back and Mr. Mario says he can't do anything about it and Mr. Secondo doesn't answer the phone. Not serious and not competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a questa azienda per avere un top nuovo e un mobiletto. Il montaggio è stato fatto, ma in maniera totalmente errata in quanto il mastice messo male,il mobiletto era pieno di truciolato all'interno ,le mattonelle rotte da loro messe storte e il rubinetto messo a ciondoloni (perdeva acqua). Richiamo la ditta per un nuovo intervento ma tutti se ne lavano le mani con atteggiamento aggressivo e menefreghista verso il cliente. Non consiglio assolutamente questa attività perché poco educati e affidabili per il prezzo che fanno pagare e per il servizio che offrono.
I turned to this company for a new top and a cabinet. The assembly was done, but in a totally wrong way as the putty was badly put, the cabinet was full of chipboard inside, the broken tiles placed crooked by them and the faucet dangled (leaking water). I call the company back for a new intervention but everyone washed their hands with an aggressive and indifferent attitude towards the customer. I absolutely do not recommend this activity because they are not very polite and reliable for the price they charge and for the service they offer.
