Mi hanno invitato in fabbrica dicemdomi che così avrei potuto scegliere i materiali ed avere un preventivo esatto. Recatomi, dopo aver atteso circa 20 minuti che sbrigassero altre persone, l'uomo al bancone mi dice che non può farmi subito il preventivo, facendosi lasciare e-mail e misure e rassicurandomi che nella giornata stessa mi avrebbe inviato il preventivo. E' passata una settimana circa e lo sto ancora aspettando.......
I contacted them by phone to get a quote for the manufacture and installation of mosquito nets and awnings. They invited me to the factory and told me that I could choose the materials and get an exact quote. After I waited about 20 minutes for other people to arrive, the man at the counter told me that he could not immediately give me the estimate, making me leave e-mails and measures and reassuring me that he would send me the quote on the same day. It 's been a week or so and I'm still waiting .......
