Il proprietario si presenta come un arrogante e presuntuoso che insulta la mia famiglia giustamente innervosita dal suo modo di approcciarsi con le persone e con il lavoro ciò è dovuto alla mancanza di serietà che c'è in questa attività.
Il signore pretendeva anche di essere pagato nonostante non avesse portato a termine il lavoro e per il suo errore nel fare le zanzariere ha chiesto un'altra somma di denaro per portare a termine il lavoro
