Ho portato ad aggiustare un computer per un semplice problema di scocca me lo sono ritrovato con un Hard disk rotto, con conseguente perdita di tutti i dati, lavori, compiti e ricordi, nonostante mi fossi raccomandata più e più volte di tutelare questi ultimi. Oltre il danno anche la beffa: 1 volevano riversare il problema su di me, dicendo che il computer era già così.(cosa assolutamente non vera, avevo acceso il pc prima di portarlo e tutto era nella norma) 2 Non mi hanno avvisato del guasto immediatamente, sono passata io al negozio, dopo aver chiamato due volte per avere notizie senza che nessuno mi dicesse NULLA. 3 adesso il mio computer ha numero 3 perni, chiodi sotto, ma la scocca è ancora rotta, (BHA) il comparto dvd ovviamente non si apre più. Che dire, professionalità, onestà, competenza zero. Da denuncia. I'm writing after two months, and I can't think about it yet.
