★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store assolutamente inaffidabile, dopo aver comprato da loro un notebook risultato difettoso, ed aver richiesto cosa fosse possibile fare (senza peraltro ottenere risposta per ben 3 giorni lavorativi), decido di chiamarli ed il mio numero di cellulare *MISTERIOSAMENTE* risulta bloccato nel tentativo di contattarli. Decido allora di provare con un altro numero di cellulare e *MAGICAMENTE* questo funzionava. Dopo pochi secondi di conversazione con un loro operatore, dal tono stufato, quasi non volesse fare il proprio lavoro, e sicuramente ironico dato che sembrava mi stesse prendendo in giro, la chiamata magicamente si chiude. Per fortuna PayPal tutela gli acquirenti da questi negozi poco seri ed assolutamente inaffidabili. Se dovete acquistare elettronica, rivolgetevi altrove.
Absolutely unreliable store, after buying from them a notebook that was defective, and asking what could be done (without getting an answer for 3 working days), I decided to call them and my mobile number * MYSTERIOUSLY * is blocked in an attempt to contact them. I then decide to try another mobile number and * MAGICALLY * this worked. After a few seconds of conversation with one of their operators, with a tired tone, as if he didn't want to do his job, and certainly ironic since he seemed to be making fun of me, the call magically ends. Fortunately, PayPal protects buyers from these unreliable and unreliable stores. If you need to buy electronics, look elsewhere.

Ho conosciuto la titolare molto gentile, disponibile e preparato. Prezzi imbattibili. Fanno anche assistenza e consulenza ma non l'ho ancora provata personalmente.

La titolare Marilena molto competente, seria ed efficente: non so sinceramente come faccia a gestire quasi da sola una realta' così impegnativa, sia tecnicamente che commercialmente..Credo sia questo il motivo di certe lamentele su tempi e mancate risposte, te ne rendi conto passando di persona in negozio.
I found myself very well, bought a Lenovo Notebook as a gift with a very satisfactory quality / price ratio. The owner Marilena very competent, serious and efficient: I honestly don't know how she manages to manage such a demanding reality almost alone, both technically and commercially .. I think this is the reason for certain complaints about times and lack of answers, you realize it passing in person in the shop.
