Only one star for the girl on Client Service table at 14:58 today July 10th 2021. Please pay attention to how you talk with a client who pay you even only 1 euro. Well here's the story： Today i came here by the afternoon to change 2 products，the shower tray and the cabin，for another size，also to do the order of tile. There was no protection for the shower tray. So last time i bought also a plastic to cover it. After that the 2 girls of client service help me to do the “reso”，i took off the plastic piece，because i need it to protect the thing of today. So i finally found everything on my today's shopping list，among which include also accessories of electricity，as the panels and the buttons on/of. Well i was holding a big cart for the things，the accessories are so small. So i took a abandoned box to hold all these. Also i took one abandoned cardboard after checking with a guy if i can take it. Again，because some products are no-packe. How “abandoned” ？the cardboard was full of footprint… Here‘s the sad thing： On the cashier 7，the girl saw the cardboard. Yeah … i was about to tell her that i took them also checked with the guy of that department. But the girl was so fast… she talked before me，say “ it's not allowed to take cardboard from our store！it's the rule and if you want to talk with my boss suit yourself” In the meanwhile she just jumped from her computer to my cart and started to check all the things. Yes，the words are “jumped” and “check” Emmmm... excuse me？i didn't want to talk to your boss …i'm not stealing anything ok？ okey. the rule... she‘s talking about. Sure，i can leave the footprinted cardboard here. But why the last time another girl of 12/06 said “ok” and she lend me also the scissors and tape when i found that even with the 5m plastic the product was not protected well？ What happened in this store？ Talking about this 5m plastic. At the begining of today i took off from the old one，i just put it in the cart. 5 meters！my goodness. i can't hold it in my pocket. So the problem is the “rule girl” after the cardboard rule she told me onther rule which is i have to tell her colleague when i went into the store that i‘m holding a product already paid. BUT I REALLY DID IT…… i firstly finished the reso no？ i also told her colleague that “ hey～ i need to take off this plastic ！ beacause i need it for today！” they said ok and let me in. For god sake，you can check with YOUR colleague right？Your COLLEAGUE should have told you since you are colleagues and you probably talk to each other right？Or your colleague should have told me that “ah ok we should put on a sticker on it since it's paid” when i said “ i need the plastic” All the talk with the cashier girl was not very happy，she continued repeat “ u can talk with me boss”. … Never mind. Finished the payment，i went to the Client Service table to ask if they can give me another cardboard trash，also because i need glue powder after. Repeat，i didn't talked about the cashier girl. This woman told me an amzing thing “ it's forbidden by our rule” Hhhhhhahhhh... she‘s hearing us all the time i think. Well her job is “ client service” not “cashier”，so i wanted to talk more. I asked“why the last time the lady gave me one and also the her tape and scissors，and today we have rule？” the woman，with temper，gave me the best “client service” ever had： We have rules from now. What's that mean？fucking kidding me？ Sorry if you want people buy cardboard please put the cardboard at the cashier！or some where else and tell peole where to buy it ok？ Who are in charge of client service need to learn how to talk firstly.
