Successivamente all'installazione di una piccola caldaia con evidenti problemi di funzionamento, le responsabilità non sono mai state il loro forte. Scopro inoltre che far firmare contratti ad insaputa di anziani clienti non era una rarità. Al che dopo varie telefonate con toni poco garbati e soprattutto educati nei confronti di questa mia parente ultra ottantenne, tramite mio legale invio una raccomandata che, non verrà mai ritirata. Che strano,eppure insistevano così tanto di aver ragione. Dopo poco tempo scopro che Enel ed anche il marchio di caldaie da me acquistata hanno tolto definitavemente la concessione a questa azienda... Chissà come mai!
