Una azienda seria si comporta in questo modo e tanto di cappello al titolare. Purtroppo nonostante una seconda pulizia la caldaia continua ad andare in blocco, speriamo di risolvere al più presto. EDIT: The owner (at least I think) called my father to be sure of the misunderstanding that occurred today and very honestly understood what the nature of the call was. A serious company behaves in this way and hats off to the owner. Unfortunately, despite a second cleaning, the boiler continues to block, we hope to solve it as soon as possible.

C	Cristina Delconte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per la pulizia della caldaia e fin qua tutto bene. finito la pulizia mi viene detto che la caldaia e apposto, importo e quello patuito e il tecnico va vai. dopo circa un'oretta ci accorgiamo che i termosifoni sono freddi, proviamo a far ripartire la caldaia, e non partono. richiamiamo di nuovo per capire cosa e successo, facciamo delle prove ma niente. chiamano il tecnico che riferisce che durante la pulizia c'erano delle candelette consumate. a noi non e stato detto nulla. chiediamo per cui che qualcuno venga a cambiarle. ci viene dato appuntamento il giorno dopo, dalle 11 alle 14. NULLA calcoliamo che siamo a gennaio e si gela. chiamiamo di nuovo noi e ci dicono che non hanno il pezzo che devono farlo arrivare. passa la domenica sempre al freddo. Lunedì alle 12 ancora non ci dicono nulla per cui richiamiamo noi, il tecnico e andato a fare il vaccino e non sanno quando riescono, ci fanno sapere dopo le 16. A questo punto decidiamo di cercare qualcun'altro. e ci riusciamo! abbiamo anche speso molto meno, ora lasciare delle persone a gennaio con - 2 gradi per 4 gg senza riscaldamento sarebbero da denunciare. NOTHING we calculate that we are in January and it's freezing. we call again and they tell us they don't have the piece they need to get it to. always spends Sundays in the cold. Monday at 12 still do not tell us anything so we call back, the technician went to get the vaccine and do not know when they can, they let us know after 16. At this point we decide to look for someone else. and we succeed! we also spent much less, now leaving people in January with - 2 degrees for 4 days without heating would have to be reported. Bad professionalism
