Risultato perfetto su tutto, oltre alla disponibilita' di tutti gli operatori/tecnici/impiegati, la gentilezza e la competenza. A	Ag il ventaglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un sopralluogo per un preventivo sostituzione finestre a primavera 2017, si rifà viva telefonicamente una di loro dopo un mese e mezzo dicendomi che per problemi personali non aveva potuto seguire la mia pratica e che avrebbero provveduto immediatamente. Siamo a marzo 2018, gli infissi li ho sostituiti a Settembre 2017 e ad oggi sto ancora aspettando l'appuntamento per il loro sopralluogo.....sicuramente ai miei clienti che devono ristrutturare so chi non consigliare!!! I asked for an inspection for a preventive window replacement in spring 2017, one of them got back on the phone after a month and a half, telling me that due to personal problems she had not been able to follow my practice and that they would do it immediately. We are in March 2018, the fixtures I replaced them in September 2017 and today I am still waiting for the appointment for their inspection ... surely to my customers who have to renovate I know who not to recommend !!!

Sostituito 2 vecchi scuri in legno con bellissimi scuri in alluminio che riproducono fedelmente il legno e installata una zanzariera per un Velux. Qualitativamente niente da eccepire...I tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati, i montatori si sono dimostrati molto professionali e gentili...che dire allora? Sicuramente faremo altri lavori in futuro! We met this company thanks to the advice of an architect and we are happy to be able to share our very positive experience! Abbiamo ordinato presso l'ufficio di Sassuolo tutte le porte interne, la porta a scrigno, la porta blindata e tutti gli infissi. Ottima qualità del prodotto, grande professionalità di tutto il team, tempestività ed efficienza nella risoluzione di qualsiasi imprevisto. Un grazie di cuore a tutta la squadra che abbiamo conosciuto: Giorgio (ufficio commerciale), Alessandro (ufficio tecnico), Andrea e Luigi (montaggio degli infissi), Sebastian (montaggio delle porte), Vadim (consegne), Valentina (appuntamenti e servizio post-vendita). Oltretutto non eseguono nemmeno sopralluogo per visionare i lavori ma richiedono le misure tramite una foto da inviare via email . Consiglio rivolgersi ad altri uffici più celeri e migliori nei servizi da offrire . Not professional. 3 and a half months to receive feedback for a quote. Moreover, they do not even carry out inspections to view the works but require the measurements via a photo to be sent via email. I recommend contacting other offices faster and better in the services to offer.
