Qualsiasi ora è buona per chiedere sempre la stessa cosa! Togliete dalle vostre liste il numero che corrisponde a questo cognome. BASTA. Nessuno vende e nessuno compra qui. Aggiunta post risposta: difficile credere che sia la concorrenza dato che il numero di telefono che chiama è SEMPRE lo stesso. Inoltre, se uno vuole vendere oggi (è tanto che funziona così) lo fa sapere senza troppe telefonate (se vuole vendere, vuole farlo in fretta). Facile dare la colpa alla concorrenza. Se veramente la concorrenza usa il vostro marchio, esiste il modo di impedirglielo, se si vuole. Inoltre siamo iscritti al registro delle opposizioni, non dovreste nemmeno digitarlo il nostro numero. Dopo più di un mese hanno addirittura alzato il prezzo della casa per il quale il proprietario aveva già firmato. Siamo all'asta?????!!! Scorretti all'ennesima potenza e sconsiglio questa tipologia di 'professionisti'. Puntualizzo che ho comprato diverse case ed è la prima volta che mi sono trovata in questa situazione.
