They accompanied us with great professionalism from the first exit to the deed. Always available even on weekends and ready to satisfy our every request on the property. It is certainly not for all professionals in the sector to have the customer at heart even after having concluded the sale. dopo un ritardo (di 25 minuti) dovuto a un guasto alla sospensione a 200 metri dall'appuntamento sono stato raggiunto da una teleofonata al vetriolo con minacce a seguito dal vostro incaricato dimostrando un totale distacco empatico nei confronti del cliente. Vani sono stati i miei tentativi di spiegazione e le mie telefonate. Mai mi sarei sognato di scrivere una recensione così ma ve la siete proprio voluta e mi creda dispiace più a me che a voi , saluti (a mai più rivederci)
Empathy 0 and poor customer focus:
after a delay (of 25 minutes) due to a suspension failure 200 meters from the appointment I was reached by a vitriolic telephone call with threats following by your representative demonstrating a total empathic detachment towards the client. Vain were my attempts at explanation and my phone calls. I never dreamed of writing a review like this but you really wanted it and believe me I'm more sorry than you, greetings (never see us again)
