★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver pagato per l'acquisto del software GstarCAD 2018 Professionale ricevo dopo15 giorni la chiave USB che dovrebbe sbloccare il programma. Peccato che non lo fa perchè la chiave è relativa alla versione standard e non pro del programma, pertanto lo posso usare solo in versione valutativa. Chiamo alla sede per l'assistenza e mi risponde una signora con cadenza inglese e gli chiedo: > La signora, non perchè, si inalbera e mi dice che se era inglese non significava che era incompetente. Cosa da me mai affermata. Comunque cerco di fargli presente il mio problema ma lei continua con lo stesso tono a dirmi le stesse cose. A questo punto gli dico che se c'è uno che deve lamentarsi sono io che ho pagato e ancora non posso utilizzare il programma. Al che mi chiude il telefono in faccia. Sgarbata ed altri magari direbbero cafona.
After paying for the purchase of the GstarCAD 2018 Professional software, I receive after 15 days the USB key which should unlock the program. Too bad it doesn't because the key is relative to the standard version and not pro of the program, therefore I can use it only in evaluation version. I call the office for assistance and a lady replies with an English cadence and I ask him: > The lady, not because, gets up and tells me that if she was English it didn't mean she was incompetent. Which I never said. However I try to make him aware of my problem but she continues in the same tone to tell me the same things. At this point I tell him that if there is one who has to complain, it is I who paid and I still cannot use the program. Whereupon he closes the phone in my face. Sgarbata and others might say cafona.
