★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo i titolari di questa azienda hanno un enorme problema: paventano preparazione e professionalità, ma al primo inghippo, anziché chiamare e spiegarsi come farebbero dei veri professionisti, scaricano totalmente i clienti con una mail fuori orario di ufficio così da non dover rispondere al telefono.
Nei vari appuntamenti sono riusciti inoltre a contraddirsi più volte sulle loro stesse dichiarazioni tecniche.
L'apice però è arrivato quando ci hanno detto: "noi manteniamo la parola data".
Imbarazzanti.
Unfortunately, the owners of this company have a huge problem: they fear preparation and professionalism, but at the first catch, instead of calling and explaining themselves as real professionals would do, they totally download customers with an email outside office hours so as not to have to answer the phone.
In the various appointments they have also managed to contradict themselves several times on their own technical statements.
The climax, however, came when they told us: "we keep our word".
Embarassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortemente sconsigliati. Siamo andati tre volte per definire l'acquisto e dopo aver concordato il sopralluogo per prendere le misure ci hanno mandato una mail dicendo che non potevano più rispettare il prezzo del preventivo.
Siamo consapevoli che i costi dei materiali stanno aumentando, ma una volta concordato un prezzo una ditta seria rispetta l'accordo. Ad ogni modo non abbiamo ricevuto neppure indicazione di quanto in più sarebbe costato il lavoro. Inoltre eravamo in attesa di un preventivo per una tenda da sole per un'altra abitazione e non hanno mandato più neppure quello (forse consapevoli della brutta figura).
Poca serietà e professionalità.

Strongly not recommended. We went three times to define the purchase and after having agreed on the inspection to take the measurements, they sent us an email saying that they could no longer respect the price of the estimate.
We are aware that the costs of materials are rising, but once a price is agreed a serious company respects the agreement. In any case, we have not even received any indication of how much more the work would have cost. We were also waiting for a quote for an awning for another home and they didn't even send that anymore (perhaps aware of the bad impression).
Little seriousness and professionalism.
Too bad we wasted time.
