Dopo vari solleciti vengono a montarle e mi accorgo che hanno rotto un braccetto pieghevole. Mi avevano detto che lo avrebbero sostituito ma non si sono mai fatti sentire. Zero professionalism, we have been waiting for the tents for more than 3 months. We were told that they were being assembled in 15/20 days. After several requests they come to assemble them and I realize that they have broken a folding arm. They told me they would replace him but they never made themselves heard.

Nel tempo impiegato da loro per NON mandarmi un preventivo, un loro concorrente ha effettuato il lavoro (oggi pomeriggio in un paio di ore) in modo perfetto! Unreliable! In the time it took them NOT to send me a quote, one of their competitors did the job (this afternoon in a couple of hours) perfectly!
