★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata a Dicembre per farmi fare un progetto per la cucina, il preventivo è arrivato in Febbraio e il personale si è scusato per i tempi biblici, ma ci poteva stare visto le festività e il Covid.
Ovviamente in quasi due mesi però uno fa in tempo a chiarirsi le idee sulla disposizione dei mobili e perciò ho chiesto di modificare il progetto e di rifarmi il preventivo. Siamo al 12 Maggio. Non mi è mai più arrivato alcun preventivo.
Se dovete scegliere una cucina Febal da loro, consiglio di andarci un anno prima.
I was in December to get a kitchen project done, the quote arrived in February and the staff apologized for the biblical times, but it could have been due to the holidays and Covid.
Obviously in almost two months, however, one has time to clarify the ideas on the arrangement of the furniture and therefore I asked to modify the project and to redo the estimate. We are on May 12th. I never got a quote again.
If you have to choose a Febal kitchen from them, I recommend going there a year before.
