Au contraire mon expérience a été que, au cours ces années de validité de la garantie, chaque réparation que j’ai du leur demander a été facturée (pour un montant de coûts qui ont dépassé la valeur du produit nouveau). De plus, ils ne m’ont jamais envoyé des devis ni prévenu à l'avance que ces réparations auraient été effectuées hors garantie et la raison pour laquelle elles l’étaient. Mon évaluation pour ces raisons est totalement négative et je déconseille vivement cette entreprise. I will no longer buy from this company. Their relationship with customers proved to be very bad. Tecnicomar advertises their products as guaranteed for 3 years but my experience is that during these years of valid guarantee every repair I had to request them was not only charged to me at costs that eventually exceeded the price of the new product but I was not even warned in advance that those repairs would be made out of warranty and why they were so. My assessment for these reasons is totally negative and I strongly advise against this company. I will no longer buy from this company. Their relationship with customers is very bad. On the contrary, my experience has been that, during these years of warranty validity, every repair I had to request from them was billed (for an amount of costs that exceeded the value of the new product). Also, they never sent me quotes or warned me in advance that these repairs were out of warranty and why. The brand-new sewage treatment plant never worked: PLC freezing; random alarms; employees asking same evidences again and again... losing time, no action, no passion to client satisfaction. Very disappointed, no more Tecnicomar in our large yacht fleet.
