★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un forno tecnogas ed il vetro si è scollato (era letteralmente attaccato con la colla) dopo 5 giorni e dopo averlo usato solo 2 volte. Ho chiesto al rivenditore di sostituire il forno dal momento che non era decorsa neppure una settimana dall'acquisto. Mi è stato riferito che andava riparato e non sostituito. È stato riparato dopo due settimane. No comment!!! A questo punto conviene acquistare da Media World che per esperienza sostituisce il prodotto o su Amazon che consente di provare il prodotto, dal momento che si hanno 15 giorni dall'acquisto per poter fare il reso.
I bought a tecnogas oven and the glass fell apart (it was literally stuck with glue) after 5 days and after using it only 2 times. I asked the dealer to replace the oven since it wasn't even a week after the purchase. I was told it needed repaired and not replaced. It was fixed after two weeks. No comment!!! At this point it is advisable to buy from Media World which for experience replaces the product or on Amazon which allows you to try the product, since you have 15 days from the purchase to be able to make the return.
