D	Daria Ruberti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo cambiare il vetro del mio smartphone LG5 perché lo avevo urtato e si era un po' fregiato.Il telefono funzionava ugualmente bene ma mi dispiaceva si fosse rovinato esternamente.Ho chiesto in questo laboratorio se c'era il pezzo,perché avevo visto che c'erano prezzi accessibili,ma mi hanno detto di no.Avrebbero potuto tranquillamente ordinare il pezzo ma mi hanno detto che non lo avrebbero fatto perché erano soliti ordinare 50 pezzi di ricambio alla volta,in base al modello di cellulare,e che per una richiesta non avrebbero ordinato nulla.Ho deciso quindi per ora di tenermi il cellulare fregiato! I wanted to change the glass of my LG5 smartphone because I had hit it and it had a little scrubbed. The phone worked equally well but I was sorry it was ruined externally. I asked in this laboratory if there was the piece, because I had seen that 'they were affordable, but they told me no. They could have easily ordered the piece but they told me they wouldn't do it because they used to order 50 spare parts at a time, based on the phone model, and that for a request they would not have ordered anything. I decided then to keep my mobile tagged!

Il lunedi successivo li ho contattati telefonicamente per effere sicuro che avessero ancora a disposizione il ricambio, evitando di fare un giro a vuoto di 1h; mi é stato risposto: "controlli sul sito online" e la mia richiesta di verificare fisicamente in negozio non é stata esaudita. Prima di partire ho verificato su ebay la loro disponibilità del ricambio, che risultava ancora in vendita. Al mio arrivo (tempo di percorrenza 1h) le 3 persone presenti in negozio mi confermavano che il ricambio non era più disponibile! Se questa é professionalità...mi hanno fatto perdere 2h di viaggio in auto e relativa spesa! Complimenti per le capacitá! Friday August 19th, having need to replace a specific component of my iphone 4, having noticed their listing on ebay, I contacted them via ebay to find out the actual availability of the replacement and get info needed to reach the store. The following Monday I contacted them by phone to make sure that they still had the spare available, avoiding to do an empty lap of 1h; I was told: "checks on the online site" and my request to physically check in the shop has not been granted. Before leaving I checked on ebay their availability of the spare part, which was still on sale. Upon my arrival (travel time 1h) the 3 people in the store confirmed that the spare part was no longer available! If this is professionalism ... they made me lose 2 hours of travel by car and the related expense! Congratulations on your skills!

Si era rotto il vetro del tablet, e qui mi è stato fornito prima dell'effettiva riparazione, un preventivo completo, per reperimento pezzi e lavoro. Con i pezzi disponibili, mi è stata effettuata la riparazione ed i tempi sono stati rispettati in pieno. Consigliatissimo Great professionalism. The glass of the tablet had broken, and here I was provided before the actual repair, a complete quote, for finding parts and work. With the pieces available, the repair was carried out and the times were respected in full. Highly recommended
