Su 5 mini shape con valvola, TUTTI difettati, ovvio loro non c'entra nulla, ma come minimo mi rimborsi o sostituisci il prodotto. Non serve solo l'immagine ma anche la sostanza! Policies made absolutely wrong, especially by wholesalers. On 5 mini shapes with valve, ALL defective, of course they have nothing to do with it, but at least I refund or exchange the product. Not only the image is needed but also the substance!

A	AVIGLIANA PARTY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace doverlo dire, perché finora mi ero sempre trovata bene. Ho acquistato una partita fallata di striscioni con la scritta “Benvenuto” maschio e femmina. Ho comunicato alla balloon party (dai quali ho acquistato i prodotti) allegando fotografie del difetto ma mi è stato risposto che avrei dovuto reclamare appena ricevuta la merce. In sostanza avrei dovuto controllare tutti gli striscioni e denunciare eventuali difetti entro pochi giorni dalla ricezione. Ritengo che chiunque capisca quanto sia assurdo essendo gli striscioni confezionati singolarmente e trattandosi dì rivendita. È una questione dì serietà professionale. Come ho sostituito io gli striscioni fallati ai miei clienti, lo stesso avrebbe dovuto fare il distributore. Infatti, se la Balloon party (che non produce gli striscioni ma li rivende) avesse fatto quello che chiede a noi, non avremmo avuto striscioni fallati. I'm sorry to have to say this, because up until now I've always enjoyed it. I bought a flawed batch of banners with the words "Welcome" male and female. I communicated to the balloon party (from which I purchased the products) attaching photographs of the defect but I was told that I would have to complain as soon as I received the goods. Basically I should have checked all the banners and reported any defects within a few days of receipt. I think anyone understands how absurd it is being the banners individually packaged and being resale. It is a matter of professional seriousness. As I replaced the bad banners for my customers, so should the distributor. In fact, if the Balloon party (which does not produce banners but sells them) had done what it asks of us, we would not have had broken banners.
