1)Identifico un monitor sul sito web, contatto il venditore che mi consiglia un altro schermo. Procedo con l'acquisto seguendo il consiglio 2) Dopo l'acquisto ricevo un whatsapp che segnala un graffio sullo schermo. Accetto il difetto e richiedo la spedizione . 3) Ricevo il monitor, ma non funziona. L'assistenza tecnica suggerisce di cambiare cavo o pc, ma il monitor continua a non proiettare immagini e lo schermo viene richiamato in negozio. Il venditore incarica un corriere e spedisco il monitor nell'imballaggio in cui l'avevo ricevuto. 4) Dopo qualche giorno ricevo una foto di uno schermo spaccato ed il venditore ammette che probabilmente il mio monitor si è rotto durante la spedizione . 5) Il venditore prima non accetta un rimborso o una sostituzione, poi offre uno sconto del 20% su un secondo monitor
BAD EXPERIENCE
1) I identify a monitor on the website, contact the seller who recommends another screen. I proceed with the purchase following the advice 2) After the purchase I receive a whatsapp that reports a scratch on the screen. I accept the defect and request the shipment. 3) I get the monitor, but it doesn't work. Technical assistance suggests changing cables or PCs, but the monitor still does not project images and the screen is recalled to the shop. The seller hires a courier and I ship the monitor in the packaging in which I received it. 4) After a few days I get a picture of a cracked screen and the seller admits that my monitor probably broke during shipping. 5) The seller does not accept a refund or replacement first, then offers a 20% discount on a second monitor
