Un palcoscenico sul quale sarebbero dovuti andare in scena i miti rappresentati ogni anno a Gibellina nella rassegna delle Orestiadi. Esso fa parte di una serie di opere realizzate dallo stesso artista a Gibellina, come la stella di accesso alla valle del Belice. Un must visit per architetti e aspiranti tali!
The original project conceived by Pietro Consagra, begun in 1984, never to be completed, considers the theater as a habitable sculpture that is outlined with curved and continuous planes, favoring the plastic image and aesthetic communication, simulating the morphology of the territory. A stage on which the myths represented every year in Gibellina in the review of the Orestiadi should have been staged. It is part of a series of works created by the artist himself in Gibellina, such as the star of access to the Belice valley. A must visit for architects and aspiring architects!
