The only ones who manage to get my hands on my adventure successfully ..... I bring it from Florence where the authorized KTM mechanics have done more damage than hail .... to be avoided authorized and not as a hunter motorcicle as a valter planes and like motion DNA ......

Aggiornamento:
Dopo aver pubblicato la recensione mi hanno scritto una e-mail (sabato sera ore 20.30) con scritto "grazie" e nient'altro. Ne deduco che per avere l'ultima parola il tempo lo trovano sempre, mentre per rispondere ad una mail di un cliente (con una richiesta legittima oltretutto) da martedì a sabato non hanno proprio avuto tempo....non credo ci sia bisogno di aggiungere altro.
Non-existent after-sales service, do not respond to e-mails and refuse to provide warranty on a defective product purchased by them. Absolutely to be avoided.
Update:
After publishing the review they wrote me an e-mail (Saturday night at 8.30 pm) with "thank you" and nothing else. I deduce that to have the last word time always find it, while to reply to an email from a customer (with a legitimate request moreover) from Tuesday to Saturday they have not really had time .... I don't think there is need for add more.
