Qualora si necessiti di acquistare un nuovo smartphone ( come capitato a me) Tommaso ha saputo indirizzarmi sul modello, elencandone il perché di tale scelta in virtù delle future problematiche e costi in caso di riparazione ( cosa che nessuno di noi sa, fino al momento del bisogno) ad un prezzo molto competitivo. Non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. From personal experience I can say that in this laboratory you will find Tommaso, a person very passionate about his work, where listening to needs, advice on what to do and meticulousness, combined with the use of original spare parts with quick repair times, leads to being the point of reference for both repair and purchase of smartphones and tablets. If you need to buy a new smartphone (as happened to me) Tommaso was able to direct me to the model, listing the reason for this choice by virtue of the future problems and costs in case of repair (which none of us know, until the time of need) at a price very competitive. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Inoltre il ricambio usato non era originale per cui mi ritrovo ad avere un telefono con i colori completamente sballati e nessuno dello staff mi aveva avvisato di tutto ciò. In più il telefono dopo 1 mese dall'avvenuta riparazione ha iniziato ad accusare problemi come la comparsa di una linea viola sullo schermo, il touch che si blocca 1/2 volte al giorno e bisogna svolgere il riavvio del dispositivo più volte per riportarlo alla normalità. Esperienza totalmente negativa. In più il personale non è stato per nulla comprensivo e dopo che ho esposto le problematiche che sono insorte in seguito alla loro "riparazione" sono stati capaci solo di dirmi o così o nulla, almeno fossi stato avvisato in anticipo che il ricambio non era originale.
