Il mio problema era la lavastoviglie bloccata da qualche giorno, non partiva e quando sono intervenuti la lavastoviglie è partita nuovamente senza che loro facessero nulla. Mi hanno spiegato i pulsanti da premere per il reset di cui non ero a conoscenza.Ovviamente ho pagato il diritto di chiamata. Nel caso si riblocchi e dovessi richiamarli terranno conto di questo. A prescindere dal fatto che la mia lavastoviglie sia ripartita senza nessun intervento, ho comunque apprezzato la puntualità e la risposta in tempi brevi dunque consiglio ad altri. Marianna
I contacted them via Pronto Pro in the evening and the next morning I was immediately called back to schedule an appointment. My problem was the dishwasher blocked for a few days, it did not start and when they intervened the dishwasher started again without them doing anything. They explained to me the buttons to press to reset which I was not aware of, of course I paid the call fee. In case it re-locks and you have to call them again they will take this into account. Regardless of the fact that my dishwasher started up again without any intervention, I still appreciated the punctuality and the quick response, so I recommend it to others. Marianna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili e disponibili, ormai è difficile trovare posti di riparazione elettrodomestici, ho portato a riparare un amplificatore Panasonic in cui si era guastato l' alimentatore, e con soli 25€ è ritornato operativo.
Mi ritengo molto soddisfatto ☺️.
