Team impeccabile: puntuale e gentile.
Emanuele e il signor Michele sono davvero delle belle persone, gentili e “galanti”. Ti aspettano all’ingresso così se hai bagagli da portare li prendono loro. Ti aprono lo sportello, ti mettono a proprio agio ...insomma.... ogni volta che mi sono servita di loro mi sn sentita quasi come in una scena di film ?.
Auto pulitissima e sanificata.
Vi racconto un episodio per far capire quanto loro siano professionali: Emanuele, un giorno mi accompagnò in un posto; il suo compito era aspettarmi e poi portarmi in un paese vicino. Per questioni di parcheggio mi ha lasciato a pochi metri dall’ingresso della struttura dove dovevo andare. Intanto ha iniziato a piovere ....io, finito ciò che dovevo fare, esco (senza ombrello) e mi avvio per raggiungere il parcheggio ed Emanuele.
Indovinate? Lo incontro per strada che mi stava raggiungendo con l’ombrello per non farmi bagnare.
Con questo ho detto tutto ❤️

Ps: anche il signor Claudio con il quale mi sento per prenotare, e’ impeccabile: gentile e preciso. Risponde subito ai messaggi e fa di tutto per rispondere all’esigenze.

Impeccable team: punctual and kind.
Emanuele and Mr. Michele are really nice people, kind and "gallant". They are waiting for you at the entrance so if you have luggage to carry, they will take them. They open the door, they put you at ease ... well .... every time I used them I felt almost like in a movie scene ?.
Very clean and sanitized car.
I'll tell you an episode to make you understand how professional they are: Emanuele, one day he accompanied me to a place; his job was to wait for me and then take me to a nearby town. For parking reasons he left me a few meters from the entrance of the structure where I had to go. Meanwhile, it started to rain .... I, finished what I had to do, go out (without an umbrella) and start to reach the parking lot and Emanuele.
Guess what? I meet him on the street who was reaching me with an umbrella to keep me from getting wet.
With this I said it all ❤️
