★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When in Milan I use taxis 10-12 times per day, so I assumed 024040 would have been a professional service. Sadly, on a request to be picked up in Largo Corsia dei Servi, on the 10/08/2019 the taxi driver was beyond rude, at the point that I felt embarassed for him and had to let him go. Perhaps 024040 should check more on the quality of the service and the education level of the drivers. I'll definitely not use the service anymore: is way better to pay 10X more for a luxury Uber than for dealing with such rude drivers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something fell out of my pocket in the back of the taxi. I noticed moments after the taxi left. Since I had a receipt and card receipt, I thought it would be no problem to get it back.
But after immediately calling Taxiblu they had no way of contacting the driver or helping me get back my possession. When I called again a little later, they just hung up on me.
This nonsense ended up costing me €50 to replace what I lost. Use an app and avoid this unprofessional company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In summer time taxi drivers, in Milan, rarely use the AC.
Today is over 30° and they still run natural ventilation, as "the AC is not healthy ".
Considering the they come pricey, the service is absolutely poor.

Recently had very bad experience. Driver taking wrong ways and driving very dangerously (9:30 pm). My loyalty to this network has finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apptaxi reservation. Did confirm the reservation. Reservation disappeared from app 5minutes before time. No call, nothing! Called there and they told me they called me. No call nothing!! Lyers and not professional at all. AVOID!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service from Malpensa to my hotel. Website says you accept any payment, at hotel yard driver starts shouting at me in italy that he only takes cash, and charged me extra for going to closest ATM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a taxi from Malpensa to parking P5 because the free bus service had finished. The driver took the long way which was annoying enough. He proceeded to rudely argue with us why we didn't have cash for a 15 euro fee, traveling the world full of money but no cash. An absolute disgrace. Always a nice welcome back to Italy. Thanks to Taxiblu.
