 He canceled my booked trip without any explanation at the last moment. Then he turned off the phone. Terrible and unpleasant.

If you don't want to have any problems you must call them. They can satisfy any request. We, in this case we were able to book, without paying before, for our deaf and dumb Australian friends! Exquisite staff, thanks again. ?

As I said before, I had to emigrate to America to realize how lucky I was and I didn't know it and I didn't open it. I'm ashamed to admit it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato taxi con un'ora e mezza di anticipo, mi è stato detto che avrei ricevuto una chiamata 10 minuti prima per conferma e con il numero taxi in arrivo.
Non solo non sono stato chiamato ma all'ora pattuita non vedendo arrivare nessun taxi ho richiamato io e, dopo avermi fatto attendere circa 10 minuti, mi è stato comunicato che il taxi sarebbe arrivato dopo altri 8/10 , in pratica almeno 20 minuti dopo l'ora pattuita.
Nelf frattempo avevo contattato un'altra compagnia e ho avuto il taxi dopo 10 minuti, purtroppo questo però il disservizio ha fatto saltare una visita medica importante.
Assolutamente sconsigliati!
Booked taxi an hour and a half early, was told I would get a call 10 minutes early for confirmation and with the taxi number arriving.
Not only was I not called but at the agreed time, seeing no taxi arrive, I called back and, after making me wait for about 10 minutes, I was informed that the taxi would arrive after another 8/10, in practice at least 20 minutes later the agreed time.
In the meantime I had contacted another company and I had the taxi after 10 minutes, but unfortunately this disruption caused an important medical examination to be skipped.
Absolutely not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, rude driver, he made me feel guilty because we were stuck in traffic. I felt very uncomfortable and he he didn't give me a receipt. I will go back and use Uber instead, I have always had perfect service from Uber drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please, avoid those taxis ! Read the review to know a bit more what happened to me.
I went to Rome recently and called that company to book a taxi.
I asked them how much was the journey from Roma to the Airport and they told me: 30€.
Later on, the taxi picked us up and drive like a madman to the airport, my girlfriend and I were sick.
The taxi driver was rude and not friendly at all, the taxi was old and dirty.
When we finally arrived to the airport, the taxi driver asked us 35€ instead of 30€.
We asked for a refund, but they didn't replied to the email.
