A Milano ti davano fuoco al taxi per una roba del genere.
Bad service. 1 hour of waiting and not even the taxi showed up. Call the municipality for information and they don't even know the service they offer.
In Milan they set you on fire in the taxi for something like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Risponditore automatico a cui devi specificare via e numero civico in cui ti trovi: noi eravamo ad una fermata di autobus (che abbiamo aspettato invano per più di un'ora) senza la possibilità di specificare il numero civico della via. Inoltre non ti viene chiesto il numero di persone, noi eravamo in 8 e volevamo prenotare un taxi unico. Abbiamo rinunciato. In una capitale turistica come Roma nel 2021 è inammissibile un servizio così scadente.
Automatic answering machine to which you have to specify the street and house number where you are: we were at a bus stop (which we waited in vain for more than an hour) without the possibility of specifying the street number. Also you are not asked for the number of people, there were 8 of us and we wanted to book a single taxi. We gave up. In a tourist capital like Rome in 2021 such poor service is inadmissible.

Questo ritorno è costato più del doppio rispetto alla andata che ho fatto anche in taxi alla mattina per andare in ospedale.
