★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno oggi ho preso un taxi e mi è costato intorno ai 16 euro ma la cosa che mi lascia perplessa è che l'auto è arrivata con il tassametro già a 10 euro e non avevo ancora usufruito del servizio non ho parole il covid ha abbattuto tutti e approfittarsene in qst modo fa schifo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio inefficienze e scarsa professionalità, dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione di un taxi in data 24/12 , per il giorno 25/12 alle 6:20, alle 6:15 sono stato contattato dall'operatore del contact center , riferendomi che non avevano taxi disponibili per soddisfare la mia richiesta e che avrebbe provveduto il prima possibile ad inviarne uno,alle 6:41 ho ricevito un sms con il taxi prenotato con arrivo previsto (10 minuti).Da premettere che avevo il treno in partenza alle 7:05, siete scarsi in tutto . Decisamente meglio Uber e il servizio car sharing.

2,5 km un sabato mattina pagati 20 euro.
Ma veramente ? Io non ho detto nulla perchè capisco che anche i tassisti devono guadagnare, ma qua si sta parlando di rubare alla gente. Mi dispiace ma non sceglierò più il vostro servizio se lavorate così.
