★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile comunicare con un Responsabile della Sede , e non solo, mi sono rivolto a un loro concessionario della mia zona per acquistare un compressore.... nessuna risposta riguardo a prezzi, carateristiche etc.
La cosa che maggiormente colpisce, non conoscono i loro prodotti...un esempio? Provate a chiedere quanti decibel sonori produce il loro compressore AH15 e24. Oltre la non cortesia, mio parere , ti fanno passare la voglia di acquistare da loro.
Impossible to communicate with a Head of the Headquarters, and not only, I turned to one of their dealers in my area to buy a compressor .... no answer regarding prices, features etc.
The most striking thing, they don't know their products ... an example? Try asking how many sound decibels their AH15 e24 compressor produces. Besides the non courtesy, my opinion, they make you pass the desire to buy from them.

ATLAS COPCO enjoys a dominant position and the sale no longer follows customers. Woe to need technical assistance, exorbitant costs and totally inadequate service with biblical delivery times. Never again buy ATLAS COPCO implants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato compressore on-line tramite compressoristore, scrivono consegna in 5 giorni ordinato 06 maggio, arrivato al 28 maggio.
Dopo poco più di un mese di uso normale, fermo per guasto. Interviene rivenditore per l'assistenza ad un giorno dalla richiesta ??. Ma, dopo tre giorni dal ritiro del compressore, mi dicono che la riparazione è ferma perché aspettano il benestare della casa madre per intervento in garanzia. ? Pessimo!!!
Dopo una settimana ed un giorno, ancora tutto fermo. Il rivenditore continua a ripetere che non hanno ancora benestare e che questa è la procedure che ha i suoi tempi.
Ritengo che i loro tempi che non rispettano le esigenze del cliente, non danno la neanche disponibilità di un compressore sostitutivo per i tempi di riparazione.
29/07 Arrivato benestare per la riparazione in garanzia, il rivenditore ha rapidamente riparato e riconsegnato il compressore.
Purchased compressor on-line by compressor-compressor, they write delivery in 5 days ordered 06 May, arrived at 28 May.
After a little more than a month of normal use, failure to latch. Speaker dealer for assistance one day after ?? request. But, after three days from the withdrawal of the compressor, they tell me that the repair is stopped because they await the approval of the parent company for warranty intervention. ? Bad !!!
After a week and a day, still quite firm. The retailer keeps repeating that they do not yet have approval and that this is the procedure that has its times.
I believe that their times, which do not respect the customer's needs, do not even give the availability of a replacement compressor for repair times.
29/07 Once the warranty repair has been received, the dealer has quickly repaired and returned the compressor.
