Impossibile prenotare con anticipo, le informazioni sul sito sono vaghe e imprecise, se non errate. Viene pubblicizzato come un servizio disponibile in tutta la Valle Scrivia ma non compre molte aree e soprattutto non garantisce un taxi in tempo, per raggiungere la stazione di Busalla ho dovuto aspettare una corriera che passa una volta ogni ora.
