La cortesia non è propriamente di casa, ma all’inizio non è stata troppo insopportabile.
I problemi nascono con il parco macchine: a noi è toccata una Peugeot 206 del 2002, il pomello del cambio fissato con le viti, la macchina che strattona, si spegne con l’aria condizionata al massimo.
Alla riconsegna il cruscotto sembrava un albero di Natale fuori stagione.
Alla fine, riconsegnate le macchine, dopo aver esternato la nostra pessima opinione e che avremmo fatto questa recensione, siamo stati trattenuti e minacciati.
Sarebbero 0 stelle, ma passato il disagio del momento, si meritano la stella per le risate che ci siamo fatti ripensando all’assurdità di quella discussione.
Consigliatissimo se avete voglia di discussioni inconcludenti e una storia divertente da raccontare dopo le vacanze!
Bad experience.
Courtesy is not really at home, but at first it was not too unbearable.
The problems arise with the fleet: we had a 2002 Peugeot 206, the gear knob fixed with the screws, the car jerks, turns off with the air conditioning at maximum.
When returned, the dashboard looked like an out of season Christmas tree.
In the end, after returning the machines, after we expressed our very bad opinion and that we would do this review, we were detained and threatened.
They would be 0 stars, but once the discomfort of the moment has passed, they deserve the star for the laughs we had when thinking about the absurdity of that discussion.
Highly recommended if you fancy inconclusive discussions and a fun story to tell after the holidays!

Non ho neanche iniziato il noleggio per la totale ed incomprensibile maleducazione della persona all'accoglienza, che ha trattato me e le mie due amiche come se fossimo dei nemici, più che dei clienti. Del tutto opposto, questo comportamento, all'usuale cortesia dei salentini.
No courtesy, little seriousness, confusion about prices. I have not even started the rental due to the total and incomprehensible rudeness of the person at the reception, who treated me and my two friends as if we were enemies rather than customers. Quite the opposite, this behavior, to the usual courtesy of the people of Salento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio attento alle esigenze del cliente, disponibilità del gestore per qualsiasi problema o richiesta, mezzo (moto 125) in ottime condizioni. L’autonoleggio si trova sul lungo mare è quindi raggiungibile con comodità. Poca chiarezza su prezzi e metodi di pagamento ma in linea con la concorrenza.
Attentive service to customer needs, availability of the manager for any problem or request, vehicle (motorcycle 125) in excellent condition. The car rental is located on the seafront and can therefore be easily reached. Little clarity on prices and payment methods but in line with the competition.

Al ritiro delle macchine (2 Peugeot: una 206 e una 207) non ci viene segnalato nessun problema o attenzione da porre, se non quello di evitare di far entrare sabbia nella vettura.
Durante i 5 giorni di noleggio della 206 (del 2002) abbiamo riscontrato varie problematiche: cambio tenuto in piedi da due viti arrugginite sporgenti, spegnimento del motore durante le svolte (poiché si abbassavano i giri), strattonamenti della vettura sotto i duemila giri, accensione della spia del motore e di quella dell'abs, portiera posteriore sinistra che rimaneva aperta anche dopo la chiusura della macchina.
Dopo aver chiamato per avvisare dell'accensione della spia del motore, problema relativo alla centralina per cui non bisognava preoccuparci, a detta dei proprietari, ci siamo sentiti dire che se volevamo portargliela l'avrebbero mandata dal meccanico e saremmo poi rimasti senza auto.
Quando riportiamo le auto avvisiamo che avremmo fatto delle recensioni negative e riceviamo come risposta insulti e minacce.
Assolutamente sconsigliato.
Highly rude and very unhelpful staff.
When the cars are collected (2 Peugeots: a 206 and a 207) we are not notified of any problems or attention to be paid, other than to avoid letting sand into the car.
During the 5 days of rental of the 206 (from 2002) we encountered various problems: gearbox held up by two protruding rusty screws, engine shutdown during turns (because the revs dropped), jerking of the car under two thousand rpm, ignition of the engine warning light and that of the abs, left rear door that remained open even after closing the car.
After calling to warn about the ignition of the engine warning light, a problem related to the control unit for which we did not need to worry, according to the owners, we were told that if we wanted to bring it to them they would send it to the mechanic and we would then be left without a car.
When we bring back the cars we warn that we would have made negative reviews and we receive insults and threats in response.
Absolutely not recommended.

Taxi car rental Cordella is very professional and avant-garde. The driver and his staff stand out with professionalism and timing in solving customer problems. Very punctual. Attentive to detail and special needs that may arise. I have often used it for many years during the summer holidays and I have always had an excellent service. I highly recommend it.
