★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lost the last bus to reach our destination so we had to call for a taxi. A man replied almost immediately at the phone and sent us his colleague. The car arrived in around 5 minutes from the call. We also had a dog with us (we informed the company about its presence during the call) but we had no problem with it: the driver also asked if we wanted a cover to let it stay on the seat but I preferred to keep it in my lap.
The car was very clean and comfy. The driver was quiet and he had a nice driving style: sure, but gentle on corners (the ideal for who suffers of car sickness). The tariffs are honest and the driver also spoke English well enough.
Avendo perso l'ultimo autobus per raggiungere la nostra destinazione abbiamo dovuto contattare un taxi. Chiamando al numero indicato, un signore ci ha risposto quasi subito ed inviato un suo collega a prenderci. L'autovettura è arrivata nel giro di 5 minuti dal momento della telefonata. Avevamo anche una cagnolina (di cui avevamo segnalato la presenza al momento della chiamata) che è potuta salire senza nessun problema: il tassista ci ha chiesto se volevamo usare una copertina per appoggiarla sui sedili ma ho preferito tenerla in braccio.
L'auto era pulitissima e comoda. L'autista tranquillo con un bello stile di guida: sicuro ma gentile sulle curve (l'ideale per chi soffre un po' di mal di macchina). Le tariffe sono oneste e l'autista parlava anche abbastanza bene l'inglese.

The car arrived within 5 minutes of the phone call. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio molto scadente. L’anno scorso ero a Torbole e dovevo andare con la mia famiglia (mio marito e due bimbi piccoli) alle Busatte per un compleanno. Ho chiamato un taxi, dopo 20 min di ritardo sotto il sole cuocente ho richiamato la compagnia per avere informazioni, il taxi era da tutt’altra parte. Niente compleanno! Quest’anno, invece, ho avuto la sfortuna di incontrare un’autista molto rude e poco professionale. Allibita da questo servizio; speriamo nella concorrenza!!!
Very poor service. Last year I was in Torbole and I had to go with my family (my husband and two small children) to the Busatte for a birthday. I called a taxi, after 20 minutes of delay under the scorching sun I called the company for information, the taxi was somewhere else. No birthday! This year, however, I had the misfortune of meeting a very rude and unprofessional driver. Shocked by this service; we hope in the competition !!!

We relied on Taxi Alto Garda to transport luggage from hotel to hotel during a 7-day bike tour. Great, reliable service. Kind and professional even when we had to manage difficulties such as road interruption for landslides. Low costs. Recommended.

Last Friday we called this company on 01:20 am to get picked up at 01:50 am.
On 02:30 there was still no taxi, we called multiple times, but the phone wasn’t answered any more.
As a tourist we didn’t know where to go. After 45 minutes of walking through Riva we saw a taxi driving, which brought us back.
I would never recommend this company to anyone!
