 Staff always polite and helpful, wide choice of first and second courses, but my advice for the reader is to try the calzones, they are very good.

Tutto buonissimo, frittura croccante al punto giusto e non unta, buona cottura del riso, buona la consistenza, posso affermare uno dei migliori di Viterbo.
Se ci fosse stata un po' più di carne sarebbe stato perfetto.
Il calzone invece è eccezionale, mozzarella, mortadella e prosciutto, fritto su richiesta.
Assolutamente da provare.
I almost feel guilty for having learned of this place just now but I tried to atone for my guilt by shooting myself 3 supplì, a fried calzone and some battered vegetables (at the time of writing I still have greasy fingers).

All very good, crispy frying at the right point and not greasy, good cooking of the rice, good consistency, I can say one of the best in Viterbo.
If there had been a little more meat it would have been perfect.
The calzone on the other hand is exceptional, mozzarella, mortadella and ham, fried on request.
Absolutely to try.
