A	Azzurra De Mitri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente vergognoso. Abbiamo prenotato ed una volta arrivati sul posto all'orario concordato. Ci hanno fatto aspettare per un'ora. Alla fine abbiamo deciso di andare in un locale lì vicino. Credo che far aspettare i clienti per un'ora pur avendo prenotato sia veramente irrispettoso. Incompetenza totale. Non ci andate! Simply shameful. We booked and once arrived on site at the agreed time. They made us wait for an hour. In the end we decided to go to a nearby club. I think making customers wait for an hour despite having booked is really disrespectful. Total incompetence. Don't go there!

B	Basileus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante la prenotazione in anticipo il tavolo era situato in posizione non proprio gradevole, i camerieri mi hanno urtato la sedia 3 volte mentre passavano. La cameriera che ha preso le ordinazioni non era il massimo della simpatia e non conosceva nemmeno le birre "speciali" che avevano. Antipasti fritti non il massimo, le patatine erano bruciate (non si infilzavano con la forchetta per quanto erano dure) ed il cameriere non sapeva se ci fosse carne nelle loro crocchette speciali (ma dove li prendete questi camerieri?). A peggiorare le cose la pizza arriva quasi contestualmente agli antipasti per un errore loro di ordinazioni, ho dovuto lasciare gli antipasti perchè altrimenti avrei mangiato la pizza fredda, che a coronare questa bellissima serata, era anche bruciacchiata. Ho messo 2 stelle perchè avevo già mangiato in questo locale un mercoledì sera alle 22 e la pizza non mi era dispiaciuta però il cliente va servito come si deve anche di sabato sera senza la fretta di liberare il tavolo perchè c'è gente all'ingresso che aspetta. In tutto ciò solo un cameriere ci ha chiesto scusa per 3 volte, la proprietaria, invece, non si è degnata nemmeno di venire a capire la situazione e a risolverla. Peccato, un'occasione persa.. PS: 4 euro 2 coperti che comprendono tovaglietta di carta (con menù pre-stampato) e 1 tovagliolo di carta..stessa cifra di ristoranti eleganti con tovaglie di stoffa e cameriere fisso al tavolo..ohibò! Despite booking in advance the table was not located in a very pleasant position, the waiters bumped my chair 3 times as they passed. The waitress who took the orders was not the most sympathetic and did not even know the "special" beers they had. Fried starters not the best, the fries were burnt (they didn't stick with a fork as they were hard) and the waiter didn't know if there was meat in their special croquettes (but where do you get these waiters?). To make matters worse, the pizza arrives almost at the same time as the appetizers due to their ordering error, I had to leave the appetizers because otherwise I would have eaten the cold pizza, which to crown this beautiful evening, was also charred. I put 2 stars because I had already eaten in this place on a Wednesday evening at 10pm and I didn't mind the pizza but the customer should be served properly even on a Saturday night without the rush to free the table because there are people at the entrance that waits. In all this, only one waiter apologized 3 times, the owner, however, did not even deign to come to understand the situation and resolve it. Too bad, a missed opportunity .. PS: 4 euro 2 place settings which include paper placemat (with pre-printed menu) and 1 paper napkin .. the same figure as elegant restaurants with cloth tablecloths and a fixed waiter at the table .. ohibò!

Da tornare al piu' presto. Pleasant environment, delightful staff and property present. The pizza dough is superb, the beers exceptional. Excellent value for money. To come back as soon as possible.

Abbiamo mangiato una pizza, per me era una pizza senza glutine, sia la mia che le pizze normali erano veramente buone e il personale molto cordiale e simpatico. Ci torneremo di sicuro. It is a very nice place decorated in a medieval style. We ate a pizza, for me it was a gluten-free pizza, both mine and normal pizzas were really good and the staff were very friendly and nice. We will be back for sure.

Excellent pizza fritters appetizer, excellent pizza and dessert. Spectacular room with a medieval theme like the menus and cutlery. Fantastic staff and super friendly perfect arrangements. A truly noteworthy place.
