★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location posta in pienissimo centro a Nettuno(RM).I tavoli hanno una mise en place minimal..ma ben curata..quasi da altare.La cucina e di altissimo livello.varie tipologie di cottura,di tecnica.piatti e sapori ricercati,innovativi. Quindi un grandissimo complimento allo chef e alla sua brigata. Il servizio ben eseguito,pregevole. Disponibili per ogni esigenza,consiglio. C'è poi la possibilità di poter scegliere alla carta,oppure seguire un menù degustazione ..che varia dalle sei alle 9 portate. Ovviamente cn prezzi differenti. Io consiglio vivamente di andare..è lasciarsi accompagnare,coccolare da questa altissima Cucina...anzi emozione di sapori.
 Location located in the very center of Nettuno (RM). The tables have a minimal mise en place ... but well cared for ... almost like an altar. The cuisine is of the highest level. Various types of cooking, techniques. Dishes and refined flavors, innovative. So a huge compliment to the chef and his brigade. The service well executed, valuable. Available for every need, I recommend. Then there is the possibility of being able to choose à la carte, or follow a tasting menu ... which varies from six to 9 courses. Obviously with different prices. I highly recommend going .. is to let yourself be accompanied, pampered by this very high cuisine ... indeed, emotion of flavors.

Very comfortable place, excellent dinner with refined courses, food paired with refinement and mastery. Well stocked wine cellar, we drank an exceptional Sauvignon. Passed with full marks.
