Ambiente sano, pulito...non solo ammirare i loro piatti, ma gustarli ad occhi chiusi ed entrare in un piacevolissimo viaggio di sapori. Consigliatissimoooooo Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente:" VOTO 10" Esperienza culinaria degna di colui e coloro che insieme creano e dipingono i loro piatti, di sensazioni. Bravi. Siete sempre una grande scoperta. Se potrò ritornare in Puglia, i primi a saperlo sarete voi. There are no words to describe this place. Just take a plane from Milan and reach it, as I did. Healthy, clean environment ... not only admire their dishes, but enjoy them with your eyes closed and enter a very pleasant journey of flavors. Highly recommended Excellent value for money: "VOTE 10" Culinary experience worthy of the one and those who together create and paint their dishes, of sensations. Well done. You are always a great discovery. If I can return to Puglia, you will be the first to know.

Qualità/prezzo a 4 Stelle e non a 5, buona la qualità ma non eccelsa, per questo mi sarei aspettato di pagare un tantino meno (non sono cifre esorbitanti). Antipasti è altre portate(all'infuori della carne) sono servite in stile gourmet con quantità di cibo basse ma prezzi elevati. Per essere caratterizzate da questo stile, mi aspetterei una qualità "eccelsa" che invece è solo "molto buona". In definitiva una recensione positiva, vi consiglio di provarlo come locale, personalmente non lo inserirò in quella lista degli immancabili periodici nella mia vita. Good quality Good service But... The restaurant is very characteristic, it seems to enter a classic trattoria of the Apulian tradition. Quality / price at 4 stars and not at 5, good quality but not excellent, so I would have expected to pay a little less (not exorbitant figures). Appetizers and other courses (other than meat) are served in a gourmet style with low amounts of food but high prices. To be characterized by this style, I would expect "excellent" quality which is only "very good". Ultimately a positive review, I recommend you try it as a local, personally I will not put it on that list of the inevitable periodicals in my life.
R	Roberto Roselli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima trattoria a Palo, molto carino l interno con pochi tavoli e un camino, abbiamo preso l antipasto della casa che era molto buono con diverse portate tutte realizzate con materia prima di alta qualità e ottimi abbinamenti, la scelta del primo è stata difficile perché il cameriere mi ha elencato almeno 4 primi che mi avevano attirato molto, abbiamo optato per orecchiette di grano arso, guanciale pomodorini e stracciatella al tartufo, ottime, ci tornerò per provare gli altri primi Excellent trattoria in Palo, very nice inside with a few tables and a fireplace, we took the antipasto of the house which was very good with different courses all made with high quality raw materials and excellent combinations, the choice of the first was difficult because the waiter listed at least 4 first courses that had attracted me a lot, we opted for burnt wheat orecchiette, cherry tomato bacon and stracciatella with truffles, excellent, I'll be back to try the other first courses

Personale simpatico e qualificato fa da spalla ad un titolare competente e che sa fare il suo lavoro con amore e dedizione. Cesare, il nostro padrone di casa della Vincent suite, ci ha consigliato e non siamo rimasti delusi. Consiglio di lasciarsi guidare dall’esperienza di chi gestisce questo bellissimo ristorante nel cuore di Palo del Colle. Wonderful place where you can savor and take a culinary journey in the wonderful land that is Puglia. Friendly and qualified staff support a competent owner who knows how to do his job with love and dedication. Cesare, our host of the Vincent suite, recommended us and we were not disappointed. I recommend letting yourself be guided by the experience of those who manage this beautiful restaurant in the heart of Palo del Colle.

Personale cordiale, buona la qualitá della materia prima, altrettanto il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il giudizio sarebbe stato eccellente se non fosse per la grigliata, generalmente nervosa al palato e al pane, servito in buste di carta che, seppur eco friendly, occupano parecchio spazio sulla tavola, ostacolando la vista. Voto complessivo 7,5. Consigliato. Nice location, in the center of Palo del Colle, without difficulty in finding parking. Friendly staff, good quality of raw materials, good quality / price ratio. The judgment would have been excellent if it were not for the grilled, generally nervous on the palate and the bread, served in paper bags which, although eco friendly, take up a lot of space on the table, obstructing the view. Overall rating 7.5. Advised.
