A	Alex Minach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This visit to Vieste, was so surprising! What a city, we really love it. About this restaurant , i just can define as pure passion . I mean in all the senses . The owners are 2 very young brothers with a large background and as I mentioned, with a lot of passion for their job. They are changing the menu cause the like to use the seasonal ingredients. We will definitely come back! If you are in Vieste, do not hesitate ?

I specifically enjoyed the beef diafragma and the olive oil inspired desert! Do not go if you just want to fill your stomach, because portions are rather small and although totally worth it, price is a bit higher compared to the average. Friendly staff, on top of everything. Thank you, it was a lovely dinner.

Book in summer, they don't have outdoor seating but the interior is really nice with domed shaped roofs that are cool and not echoey.
T	Troy Sides on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I went to this place three times in four days, and not because it was one of the few restaurants still open in a slower season (November in a COVID year, 2021). We went because it was that good, that consistent, that worth it. The server, Luca, is a gem and a joy and his fratello in the kitchen turns out some astonishing dishes, food that's entirely captivating by its creativity, purity of flavor, and execution. We are still thinking/talking about the scallop and urchin dish, the octopus dish, and the mind-blowing Tiramisu. The small, unassuming, rustic space is inviting and perfectly paired to this top-notch dining experience. Worth every Euro and every visit that you can cram into your itinerary. And tell Luca I say hi ;)
B	Bruce M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, very friendly and extremely helpful. Our Rick Steves group had a five-course dinner there tonight, and it was wonderful. We told them that I (alone) wanted a low-carbohydrate meal, and they were able to improvise and solve everything with no notice. They really did a lot of extra work to take care of me, very deliciously, and they were extremely nice and understanding about it. I plan to have lunch and dinner there tomorrow. Don’t miss this gem.
