Ero passato quasi x caso e volevo far cambiare olio e filtro alla moto ma, siccome la moto era troppo calda avrei dovuto attendere che si raffreddasse, ma poi sarebbe diventato tardi (chiusura prossima). Allora comprato filtro olio originale (prezzo ok!) e, il capo officina mi ha dato buoni suggerimenti su come fare il lavoro da solo. Fatto! Comunque se avessi fatto cambiare l'olio in officina, prezzo proposto assolutamente ok. Vi terrò presente x prox. Lavori più complessi. Grazie. I had passed almost by chance and I wanted to change the oil and filter on the bike, but since the bike was too hot I would have had to wait for it to cool down, but then it would be late (next closing). Then bought the original oil filter (price ok!) And, the workshop manager gave me good suggestions on how to do the job alone. Done! In pre-vendita gentili, volta faccia nell'immediato post. Inoltre qualche bugia: "il nuovo modello costerà 400 euro in più"... niente vero, lo vendono allo stesso prezzo di due anni fa! Non mi hanno regalato nemmeno un porta chiavi. Non comprerei più una moto da loro nemmeno se..me la regalassero!! I bought a motorcycle. Non-existent preparation (they made me do two trips in vain). They demanded payment in advance (it never happened to me). In pre-sale kind, turn face to the immediate post. Also some lie: "the new model will cost 400 euros more" ... not true, they sell it for the same price as two years ago! They didn't even give me a key holder. I would not buy a motorcycle from them even if ... they gave it to me!

Alle vendite Franco è molto competente e non perde l'accasione di offrirti un caffè anche se non compri una moto è un'ottima occasione per fare 2 parole con persone competenti in fatto di due ruote. Il cliente ha bisogno di assistenza e voi la dovete dare!!!!!!
