Prendo appuntamento la prima volta e dopo un'ora di attesa mi viene detto che avrei dovuto aspettare un'altra mezz'ora, prendo così un secondo appuntamento e si ripete la stessa scena. Dopo più di un'ora d'attesa mi viene chiesto se desidero aspettare o preferisco andare via dal momento che prima di un'alta mezz'ora non si sarebbe liberata. Incommentabile
