dopo aver atteso precchio tempo, e dopo essere stata “visitata” dal dottore il quale (specifico) mi ha soltanto guardato i denti - nessuna panoramica, nessun impronta, nessuna igiene -
sono stata accompagnata in ufficio dalla segretaria, la quale mi ha
prima dato i fogli di preventivo = 8000€ di un apparecchio invisibile (la settimana prima mi ero fatta fare -da un altro dentista- un altro preventivo e ne avevano chiesti meno della metà)
e poi, per concludere e sottolineo, senza alcun preavviso, mi ha chiesto € 100 per la visita eseguita!
visita durata 20 minuti,
nella quale mi è stato spiegato il funzionamento dell’apparecchio e “guardato i denti.”
mi sono stati RUBATI 100€ SENZA AVERMI detto NULLA, ne per telefono al momento della richiesta dell’appuntamento,
ne quando sono arrivata li.
persone e studio poco professionale e totalmente DISONESTI.
lo sconsiglio a chiunque dovesse o volesse andarci!!!!!!!!
I was in this study, to request a quote for an appliance.
after waiting for a while, and after being "visited" by the doctor who (specific) only looked at my teeth - no overview, no impressions, no hygiene -
I was accompanied to the office by the secretary, who has me
first given the estimate sheets = € 8000 of an invisible device (the week before I had had another dentist ask for another estimate and they had asked for less than half of it)
and then, to conclude and underline, without any warning, he asked me € 100 for the visit!

unprofessional and totally dishonest people and studio.
