But what are people used to eating? Raw pizza and very salty farinata ... The expectation was really high after reading the reviews. That I can hardly believe I was so disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero molto buona la pizza! Noi abbiamo optato per dividerci una Albese con tartare di Fassona e una Emiliana con mortadella e pistacchio. Quest'ultima era decisamente formidabile: il parmigiano racchiuso dentro il bordo è la ciliegina sulla torta. Il servizio è stato veloce e il ragazzo al quale ho prenotato è stato super gentile. Prezzi nella norma. La location è carina, c'è anche qualche tavolo fuori d'estate. Consigliato prenotare abbastanza prima perché non è detto che ci sia posto.
Really very good pizza! We opted to share an Albese with Fassona tartare and an Emiliana with mortadella and pistachio. The latter was decidedly formidable: the parmesan enclosed within the rim is the icing on the cake. The service was fast and the guy I booked was super nice. Prices in the norm. The location is nice, there is also a few tables outside in the summer. Recommended to book quite early because there is no place.

La farinata è molto buona e si può scegliere tra quella classica oppure quelle condite.

The farinata is very good and you can choose between the classic one or the seasoned ones.
