Nell'olio Tatamà è racchiusa la Puglia e in particolare la provincia di Brindisi: un sapore delicato ma presente al tempo stesso. Ottimo da mangiare a crudo su un'ottima caprese o una frisella! Ci sarà un motivo se è stato già segnalato da Gambero Rosso e dal Presidio Slow Food, no?! ? Non farti spaventare dal prezzo leggermente alto: se acquisti al supermercato lo paghi di più e non sai che tipo di olio sarà ?? Every time I’m in San Vito, I have to buy extra olive oil to take back to the states with me. I have obviously never found delicious olive oil like this in the US, or anywhere else in the world. My American friends and family are absolutely obsessed with this oil. I highly recommend them! Besides producing delicious olive oil, the people are simply so passionate and thoughtful on taking care and growing healthy, organic products!
