★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente non mi piace il tartufo, ma il signore che ci ha invitato a fare la degustazione gratuita è stato molto gentile e convincente, ma soprattutto aveva ragione: mi ha fatto assaggiare un tartufo sotto olio e uno a pezzi, erano squisiti e naturali, niente a che vedere con quelli che si mangia in giro
