★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima masseria, aperta nell'estate 2018, immersa nella campagna in agro di Polignano a Mare, a 10 minuti di auto dalla costa. Ristrutturata con cura maniacale, ricreando ambienti, dettagli architettonici ed espedienti arredativi del passato, offre ai propri ospiti l’ebbrezza di catapultarsi indietro nel tempo e di trascorrere un soggiorno in pieno relax. Ogni camera ha un accesso esterno indipendente. Noi abbiamo optato per una camera Superior, molto bella e ampia, sempre in stile, con bagno dotato sia di doccia sia di vasca, con tutto l’’occorrente e anche di più (asciugamani, accappatoi, pantofole, sali da bagno, candele...). La prima colazione è stata un tripudio di colori, profumi e sapori...abbondante e ricca di buonissimi prodotti tipici, dolci e salati, fatti anche sul posto come i fichi secchi e la torta salata di ricotta. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere la proprietaria, la gentilissima Sig.ra Silvana, che si è praticamente messa a nostra disposizione e ci ha tenuto a raccontarci la storia della Masseria fino all’idea di trasformarla in una struttura ricettiva, con tante soddisfazioni e anche nuovi progetti per il futuro.
Beautiful masseria, opened in summer 2018, immersed in the countryside in the countryside of Polignano a Mare, 10 minutes by car from the coast. Renovated with obsessive care, recreating environments, architectural details and furnishing devices of the past, it offers its guests the thrill of catapulting back in time and spending a relaxing stay. Each room has an independent external access. We opted for a Superior room, very nice and large, always in style, with a bathroom equipped with both shower and bathtub, with everything you need and more (towels, bathrobes, slippers, bath salts, candles. ..). Breakfast was a riot of colors, aromas and flavors ... abundant and full of delicious typical products, sweet and savory, also made on the spot such as dried figs and savory ricotta pie. We were lucky enough to meet the owner, the very kind Mrs. Silvana, who practically put herself at our disposal and kept us talking about the history of the Masseria up to the idea of transforming it into an accommodation facility, with many satisfactions and also new projects for the future.
