★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panificio Artigianale storico di Acquaviva delle Fonti, ubicato su Via Mons. Laera a conduzione famigliare. Qui è possibile trovare pane, panini, focacce e dolci di mandorla e non prodotti con ricette tramandate di generazione in generazione. Ottimi i Panettoni Natalizi e le Colombe Pasquali. Che dire, io ci vado spesso, fatelo anche voi.
Historic artisan bakery in Acquaviva delle Fonti, located on Via Mons. Laera, family run. Here you can find bread, sandwiches, focaccia and almond cakes and not produced with recipes handed down from generation to generation. Excellent are the Christmas Panettoni and the Easter Doves. What can I say, I go there often, do it too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi prodotti, dalla focaccia bianca, soffice e gustosa da divorare farcita con mortadella e provolone... dai gustosi panzerotti fritti,dai tranci di focaccia farcita.. è non da ultimo dall'ottimissimo calzone di cipolla acquavivese e ricotta forte....

Oltre che i prodotti tipici tipo pane focacce ecc. si possono gustare dolcetti e specialmente un panettone dalla morbidezza, dal sapore che vi lascerà senza fiato. Basti dire che a me il panettone fin da piccolo non mi è mai piaciuto e il problema di questo è che, se comincio a mangiarlo c'è il rischio che lo finisca. Un centinaio di miei clienti eletti, cui ogni anno lo regalo, la pensano esattamente come me.Sandro, sei un grande
