Consiglio a chiunque di iscriversi

Maestri competenti, simpatici e informali. La disciplina da difesa è ottima anche per ritornare in armonia col proprio corpo, lavorare su postura, equilibrio e respirazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certamente se siete di Modena e cercate un centro dove "ritrovarvi" questo è il luogo giusto!!! Non conosco tutti gli insegnanti ma avendo seguito un incontro con il maestro Yuri Debbi posso garantire sulla sua serietà e preparazione e di conseguenza anche del resto del staff.
Certainly if you are from Modena and you are looking for a center where you can "find yourself" this is the right place !!! I don't know all the teachers but having followed a meeting with the teacher Yuri Debbi I can guarantee on his seriousness and preparation and consequently also of the rest of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere Yuri e Monica in questi anni come maestri nel corso di Ba Gua Zhang per cui li consiglio vivamente a chi volesse approcciarsi alle arti cinesi di lunga vita.
Sono dei punti di riferimento per la dedizione e abilità nel lavoro del cerchio e del palo.
Al valore della pratica aggiungono una proposta culturale molto vasta sui principi del Ba Gua e della MTC per un percorso a tutto tondo (nel vero senso della parola).
Inoltre sono degli insegnanti molto disponibili: lo ritengo un aspetto importante per la formazione.
I have been lucky enough to know Yuri and Monica over the years as masters in the Ba Gua Zhang course, so I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to approach Chinese long-life arts.
They are points of reference for the dedication and skill in the work of the circle and the pole.
To the value of the practice they add a very broad cultural proposal on the principles of Ba Gua and TCM for an all-round path (in the true sense of the word).
They are also very helpful teachers: I consider it an important aspect for training.
