Io non amo andare a fare la spesa più che altro perché non mi piace fare la fila fuori dal negozio, quindi quando mi reco da Tamponi acquisto per almeno un mese. Allora mi faccio confezionare sottovuoto ciò che cucinerò entro una settimana e, con il resto riempio il congelatore. Non mi è mai successo che la loro carne, anche quella che ho congelata, faccia acqua durante la cottura.
Sono molto soddisfatta di questo fornitore, fortunatamente è anche vicino a casa
Excellent butcher, very kind and helpful. If you ask them for a piece that is not available in the shop, they will order it and, when it has arrived, they will notify you. Excellent cheeses. I don't like going shopping mostly because I don't like queuing outside the store, so when I go to Tamponi I buy for at least a month. So I have what I will cook within a week vacuum packed and fill the freezer with the rest. It has never happened to me that their meat, even the one I have frozen, makes water during cooking.
I am very satisfied with this supplier, fortunately it is also close to home
