★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, ho fatto installare una stufa idropellet acquistata da Cipir di verbania, che a sua volta ha fatto installare il tutto (stufa canna fumaria e impianto) dalla ditta Tamini.
Purtroppo dopo vari e vani tentativi falliti di taratura della stufa da parte della ditta Tamini, mi trovo ancora oggi a distanza di tre anni ad avere un impianto di riscaldamento che funziona a singhiozzo, mi è stato detto da persona specializzata nel settore che ha tarato successivamente l’impianto come meglio ha potuto, che l’installazione della canna fumaria e’ stata fatta in modo errato creando su vari tratti curve che agevolano la formazione di accumuli di fuliggine intasando e bloccando l’impianto.
Questo problema fa sì che per utilizzare regolarmente la stufa devo far effettuare ogni mese e mezzo due mesi circa la pulizia completa fino al tetto della canna fumaria, con relativi costi e tempi di attesa.
Purtroppo questo problema non mi da mai la tranquillità che il riscaldamento sia affidabile, potrebbe intasarsi in qualsiasi momento lasciandoci al freddo senza preavviso. Per questo devo sempre avere un riscaldamento d’emergenza.Col senno di poi consiglio l’acquisto e l’installazione di un impianto riscaldamento a pellet da aziende più preparate di questa. Cipir fondamentalmente non ha tutta la responsabilità dell’accaduto, ma affidandosi a ditte come Tamini condivide la responsabilità di un pessimo servizio dato dall’incompetenza.

This problem means that in order to use the stove regularly, I have to have the complete cleaning up to the roof of the flue carried out every month and a half, with related costs and waiting times.
Unfortunately this problem never gives me the peace of mind that the heating is reliable, it could get clogged at any time, leaving us in the cold without warning. This is why I must always have emergency heating. In hindsight I recommend the purchase and installation of a pellet heating system from companies that are more prepared than this. Cipir basically does not have all the responsibility for what happened, but relying on companies like Tamini he shares the responsibility for a bad service given by incompetence.
